Christmas at Fairview Tree Farm, Nov. 28th – Dec. 21st!

The Farm is looking festive and we are excited for another great holiday season! We are grateful to you for making our Family Farm Yours and choosing us to be part of your celebrations.

Join us for a Hayride with Santa, pick out a festive wreath from our Christmas Shoppe, and warm up with some cocoa and hot cider donuts from our concession shop. Cut Your Own Christmas Tree for ONLY $108 (plus tax, trees up to 10′ tall), or take home one of our fresh cuts. Merry Christmas from our Family to yours!

Opening Day is Friday, November 28th at 9 am!

Our daytime hours are posted below for your family to plan a convenient time to visit our farm this season. And don’t miss our popular nighttime events, too! (Reservations required for nighttime events.)

Night of Lights Merry Christmas Hayride!

Join us for a magical night of holiday lights on our family favorite annual Christmas nighttime hayride! A 30-minute tractor pulled wagon will take you through our decorated and lit tree fields and holiday scenes. Visit with Santa, Mrs. Claus, the Grinch, and more! Holiday Spirit throughout our farm! Sit by a cozy bonfire while sipping on tasty treats. Family fun for all ages!

Beginning November 29th and running select nights through December 21st.

Night of Lights Hours: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm (times vary on select nights)

BONUS: Night of Lights ticket holders will also be able to select and purchase their perfect pre-cut Christmas tree during our evening hours of 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm!

Reservations are Required! Children ages 2 and under are FREE if lap riding! Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Please see our Christmas Events FAQ for our policies concerning scheduled events.

Cut Your Own Tree (Up to 10 ft tall)

Continuing a family favorite tradition, we have a wonderful selection of Christmas trees up to 10 feet tall available at the farm. We provide the saw, and you can cut the tree. We’ll help you carry, wrap, and load it onto your vehicle.

We also have a beautiful variety of PREMIUM PRE-CUT TREES available in sizes from 5 ft – 14 ft tall. For customers seeking trees larger than 10 ft tall, you may also inquire ahead of time by calling or emailing us for ordering details.

We are open daily from November 28th – December 21st for tree selection, wreaths, the ornament shoppe, and more. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

There are no reservations required to cut or select your perfect Christmas tree!

Jolly Visits and Tractor Hayrides with Santa!

And of course, Santa will also visiting our farm on weekends from 11:30 am until 3:30 pm. Say hello and hop aboard for tractor hayrides from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm if you prefer to ride with the jolly old elf for a good cause! All proceeds from Santa hayrides will be donated to charity! Donation of $5 per person (benefits the Arthur C. Luf Children’s Burn Camp Foundation and the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center).

Santa Tractor Hayrides do not require a reservation at this time, but are first-come, first-served and limited availability!
